Tamru Demsash, MHA, CMCA, AMS, Managing Director, and the visionary behind Evolve Facilities Solutions, brings a unique and diverse background to the facility management industry. Born in Ethiopia, raised in Germany, and now residing in the United States, he embodies a rich blend of cultural influences, global perspectives, and a passion for excellence.
With a master’s degree in healthcare administration, Tamru deeply
understands organizational management and operational efficiency. His
10+ years of experience in community management, particularly working
closely with various large-scale resorts like HOA Association Boards has refined his skills in navigating complex relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of diverse communities.
However, Tamru ‘s expertise extends beyond project and community management roles. His German carpentry background has instilled in him a profound appreciation for true craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the art of repair. Combining his carpentry skills with his comprehensive understanding of project management, he brings a a holistic approach to problem-solving, always seeking to repair and restore assets whenever possible, rather than opting for costly replacements. In addition to his professional accomplishments and expertise, it is important to note that Tamru deeply cares about his employees and embraces the philosophy of being a servant leader.
